Moms' Night Out because we all need a night out every once and awhile! Join us for a night out - no kids, no partners - just moms!!!

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.

Join us for our Run Club+ final run! We will meet at a local race, start together, cheer each other on and see our hard work in action! Each Run Club+ will finish with a different race!

Body Well Kick Off meeting! This is a required meeting for ALL Body Well participants. We will go over the program in detail and you will get your client guides, access to recipes and weekly recipes. In this meeting we will talk about your goals for Body Well. Come to this meeting with your goals and an open mind about how you want to transform over the next 8-weeks!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babie(s) or stroller friendly kid(s). It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

This class combines our FIT4BABY® prenatal fitness program and Stroller Strides®. The class will take the focus of FIT4BABY®, which includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training, and combine it with the mommy and me FUN of Stroller Strides®. All movements will be designed to accommodate all stages of motherhood, pre & postnatal.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for your mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 50-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged!

Run Club+ Kick Off meeting! In this meeting we will talk about your goals for Run Club+. Come to this meeting with an idea of the distance that you would like to train for - 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon! If you can't attend the kick-off, you will meet virtually with your Run Club+ coach, Ashley or Alanna, to get your training plan.
