Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babie(s) or stroller friendly kid(s). It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

This class combines our FIT4BABY® prenatal fitness program and Stroller Strides®. The class will take the focus of FIT4BABY®, which includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training, and combine it with the mommy and me FUN of Stroller Strides®. All movements will be designed to accommodate all stages of motherhood, pre & postnatal.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for your mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 50-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged!

Run Club+ Kick Off meeting! In this meeting we will talk about your goals for Run Club+. Come to this meeting with an idea of the distance that you would like to train for - 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon! If you can't attend the kick-off, you will meet virtually with your Run Club+ coach, Ashley or Alanna, to get your training plan.
