The Beach Life Fitness Boutique is proud to be your neighborhood boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates Reformer, mat pilates, barre & danced based fitness, functional strength, pelvic floor dysfunction, Jumpsport mini trampoline classes, and baby friendly Pre & Post Natal fitness programming. The Beach Life Fitness Boutique offers small group classes and customized workouts that are geared toward the success of all members regardless of skill level.We are now a "medical fitness facility" and can take HSAs and FSAs for certain medical issues. Take your run training to the next step with our New Year 5-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 5 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training.
