    Monthly Unlimited Membership $99 every month • Unlimited visits • The client pays $0 registration fee upfront upon purchase. Monthly dues of $99/month will start on date of purchase. There is a three-month minimum commitment starting on date of purchase. If the membership is broken before the 3 months there will be an Early Cancel Fee of $99.
    Month to Month Unlimited Membership $115 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • The client pays $0 registration fee upfront upon purchase. Monthly dues of $115/month will start on sign up date. No monthly commitment required. Month to month agreement and except as provided in the initial 10 day cancellation policy below, may be terminated by either party with the proper advance notice. This membership allows you to attend unlimited Fit4Mom South Bay classes.


    This class combines our FIT4BABY® prenatal fitness program and Stroller Strides®. The class will take the focus of FIT4BABY®, which includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training, and combine it with the mommy and me FUN of Stroller Strides®. All movements will be designed to accommodate all stages of motherhood, pre & postnatal. Stroller aged kiddos are welcome!
