Now is the time to take your run training to the next level with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re just starting or are an avid runner, our program will give you the tools you need to get better, faster and more confident in your running journey! We provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve.

We have TWO more Run Club+ sessions in 2025!
Our Spring 2025 session will start on March 9th. We will finish the session with a virtual TOUGH AS A MOTHER 5K/10K race on May 4th.
Our Fall 2025 session will start on August 10th. We will finish with the Manhattan Beach 10K on October 4th.
Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.

Run Club+ Includes:
  • Detailed training plan for the distance of your choice 5K, 10K or half marathon
  • Private accountability group
  • Weekly group training runs (Sundays at 7:30am kiddos are welcome in the stroller)
  • Run Club+ shirt
  • Dedicated instructor to help you meet your running goals!!!
Run Club+ is for all levels of running and all stages of motherhood - we don't care if you've never run a mile or if you are a pro runner!

Our Spring 2025 Run Club+ 8 week session begins on March 9th at 7:30am. The kick-off meeting will be on Thursday, March 6th at 7:30pm via GoogleMeet.
Our Fall 2025 Run Club+ 8 week session begins on August 10th at 7:30am. The kick-off meeting will be on Thursday, August at 7:30pm via GoogleMeet.

Cancellation policy There are no refunds offered after the purchase of this course. If you find that you are no longer able to attend the weekly training runs due to injury or otherwise, please email southbayla@fit4mom.com to request a course credit.
