The client pays $0 registration fee upfront upon purchase. Monthly dues of $115/month will start on sign up date. No monthly commitment required. Month to month agreement and except as provided in the initial 10 day cancellation policy below, may be terminated by either party with the proper advance notice. This membership allows you to attend unlimited Fit4Mom South Bay classes.
