Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body stroller-based workout allowing moms of all fitness levels (from first-time exerciser to skilled athlete) to exercise with their little ones in a fun-filled, friendly, and judgement-free environment. Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically with their specialty training in pre- and post-natal fitness. Each 60-minute, total-body workout incorporates cardio along with intervals of strength training and toning using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Songs and activities are weaved into the class in order to entertain and engage children while moms enjoy a challenging workout. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
